It's true though, everything I just wrote.

Our football is for foriegners now, us fans that actually go to games are just a necessary backdrop and there to add some noise and colour.

I'm meant to give a fuck about Romero or Hugo or Perisic? Fuck all of them, mercenary cunts.

Need to start imposing fines on clubs that play too many foreigners, maybe points deductions as well. Force them to develop and play English talent otherwise nothing will ever change.

No, everything you wrote is not true. Weird, xenophobic post.

Don’t like it? Fuck off and support your local grassroots team.

🙄

Bin vote cast too.

You're Welsh so it's not exactly a suprise that you don't give a fuck about England.

Support Cardiff or Swansea you cunt.

:contethumb:

I’ll support the club I’ve been supporting since I was 6/7 thanks, you xenophobic waste of skin,

And I’ll support any and all ‘foreign’ players that play for spurs too.

It’s been a great game tonight and I’ve enjoyed chatting to the others about it, so I won’t be letting you spoil it for myself/others. Blocked you putrid pile of piss.

Xenophobic for saying there are too many foreigners in English football?!

It's the truth though, there are and many are bang average. It's hurting English football but, as I said, you're Welsh so it's obvious why you wouldn't give a fuck about the English national team.

FA and PL need to come together otherwise we'll never ever win anything ever again. The true strength of a nation is it's national team not it's league.

This is my only post on the world cup - that final was probably the best big game I have ever seen, all things considered. The stars did their part, great drama to finish and a fairy tale ending really, for a player I consider to be the best ever.

Putting aside the politics, money etc etc, just as a pure football final, it was a great watch.

Do you need it!

Do you really think anyone doesn't want the England national team to be successful?

The foreign players in each league are not the culprits!

I'm happy when I see foreign players and foreign coaches in the Bundesliga!
For me, Kolo Muani is one of the best players I've ever seen in Frankfurt and I'm very happy to see this young man play.
If Harry Kane were to move to the Bundesliga it would be a shame for me because he is leaving Tottenham but do you think I would curse if I could see Harry Kane football live in Germany?

The German national team is not so bad because of the many foreign footballers - I think this also applies to the English national team.

Stop making the England team worse than it is! And stop scapegoating the foreign players in the PL!

We need to have a conversation about how the influx of foreign talent hurts the development of our players (Hence the likes of Bellingham & Sancho going elsewhere and thriving) but foreign players in our league have made it better & helped make English football great.

Think we do need quotas and limits to it, sometimes our players just don't get the development time that say young French players do in Ligue 1. But that's what we've traded for a top tier league.

Too many average foreign players that are stealing a living in the PL.

They may want the England team to do well BUT they do fuck all in trying to help make this happen.

Too many foreign fans as well that love the PL but hate the England national team.

We're an international joke.

Stupid question!
But isn't your example with Jude Bellingham an argument against what Col wrote?

Jude Bellingham is a name in the Bundesliga!
He can play football! It's a shame he's doing it in Dortmund - but that's where he earned the status he has now and which has made him a national player.

Not really.

The argument he's making is that we don't develop young, grassroots talent in this country because clubs are far too wealthy and simply bring in average, ready made foreign talent to fill spots. In Germany you don't have this as your clubs aren't as wealthy, so younger players (German or otherwise) get the opportunities. Same as in Ligue 1.

I will say that I think this has improved in recent years & we also had a lot to work on in improving the way we develop talent ourselves. But its definitely true that the way the PL is structured does not help young talent, clubs are so wealthy that they are ridiculously ruthless with young players.

And you think that will only work if fewer foreign players play in the PL.

I just asked this question to Raumdeuterz. what is e.g. B. with Jude Bellingham?

He prevailed in Dortmund (which isn't such a bad squad after all)! It's just an example, but I really think you're wrong in your assumption.

Question. Would Southgate win the World Cup with Argentina or France?

We can talk about improving players all we want and while I think Southgate has done a good job for his ability I am not sure we will go anywhere without being tactically better.

Ok, thank you very much for the clarification.

Another thing to think about for a long time.

Thanks very much!
