Do not know much about it but sounds like a dogs dinner. It will not stop kids getting on line and yet risks many important documents like passports or other identification documents falling into the wrong hands.
As bad as the proposed Cigarette ban on kids. They cannot stop drug taking which illegal for all, so how do they think they can stop people getting hold of fags when the rest of the population can access them.

The suggestion is for ALL match threads to default to ADMIN so everyone can see. There is no way that I can be the only f*cking person that has today's MT OP on ignore. Beyond that, he has to know that tons of folks have him on ignore and it's just inconsiderate and lacking in self-awareness. I know tons have me on ignore*** and wouldn't do the same as many others would.

I had a quick look into this new legislation yesterday. It sounds a bit mental. I get that its probably to target the big social networks but the rules are not realistic for a (relatively) small forum to adhere to.
We'll just have to see how it plays out and what other similar sites do.
...but yeah, threads like that have got to go. I'd likely need to disable direct messages. Any sort of threatening behaviour, straight ban etc. All a bit mad.
