Yes, it was a very poor pass from Xavi who is partly to blame, but yet van de Ven should have done better than being pushed off the ball by a player "half" his size.
Sections of the fanbase just need someone to blame, and he's currently the least popular of the 3. Football fandom at the moment is largely in the fucking gutter.
Paqueta would be fantastic for us- and Bissouma can have another shot at the Prem at Spam. Seems like it would work out for all. They might not want to let go of Paqueta while they are in a relegation fight though.
I actually think Spence was most culpable. Absolutely no need to do what he did.

Yep fucked up the Eze deal so had to do a panic buy. Need to give him this season and next though as some players do take time to adjust.
Said Simons had GOAT potential, that was one of my personal faves. Bloody loves Odobert & Tel and reckons they're the next Pires & Henry combo act. Also adored & defended Ange til the end. Got all excited whenever a new name was mentioned and he'd watch their YT highlights vid, talked about said players like he'd been watching them for years. Bless him.

You don't know if a player is going to make unless you give them a couple of years.
I don't have a problem with people having different opinions, I have problem when fans just shit on a players and try and blame everything on him, when said player was clearly not at fault for the problem.
Xavi didn't play a good pass, but VdV had more than enough time to clear the ball.
It's insane, calling every single player shit, calling them every name under the sun, and writing them off, before they have had a chance.
It's ridiculous. I would agree if he had been here for 3 years, and still done nothing. But 10 games, at a club, that is in a bit of cluster-fuck... Nah, that is shit fan territory.
