It's a tough one.
He could go to Juve, where he is pretty much guaranteed to win the league and do well in the CL, which is an attraction to all players.
However, he's been quoted saying he wants to play in England. We can offer him the CL he craves and a good go at the title, plus he'd be pretty much starting every week at us, he could the best marquee signing since VDV.
