It's laughable that people are saying Gotze would be an over-priced backup. I love our current attacking trio but he'd be in the first-team really soon, the guy is top quality.

That being said, I don't know how relevant the whole 'first-team' thing is anymore. We'll be playing so many games and need to be able to stay strong once we rotate. We can't settle for the Chadli types anymore.
Yeah, it's really laughable how shit Christian Eriksen is at that exact role.

Sissoko: "I want to continue my career in England, at a club that plays in the Champions League because I think this best fits my style of play."

I know exactly how he feels, the Champions League would definitely best suite my style of play as well.........if I only could get through the 8 tiers of the football pyramid first.

He'll lose way too much money from Nike that way. He basically is the face of Nike for the entire nation of Germany, their highest profile star and the center of their entire marketing effort - and he gets a fuckton of money for that. If he sits the bench at Bayern, isn't playing every match for Germany, etc ... that pool of money goes away.

Götze is going to leave Bayern this summer. It's just a question of where he's going to go to.
Wrong - Nike will lose money, not Gotze

Levy would give him £100k a week, a special code to get two for one Pizzas every Tuesday from Dominos, a discount code for SCS sofa, 20% off Eurocarparts and a voucher to get the double glazing free for the back of the house if he buys the front..

#havetobeintheUKtogetit...

Don't forget 2 for 1 at the local Odeon

Although I hate him for the awful dive on the last day of the season, Sissoko has looked solid this Euro's. Not sure if I'd have him over Gotze or Wijnaldum, plus he said he wants a Woolwich move, but has looked good.

Also, Portugal have some decent players. Andre Gomes (Chelsea had a £32m bid rejected) Adrian Silva, Joa Mario and William Carvalho have all looked good.

Sissoko's attitude stinks and I really don't think he's Poch's type of player

Has talent but doesn't always give 100%

Another Ade?

Gilberto, quite possibly the worst left back in Spurs history and I used to think Justin Edinburgh was quality!

I remember the random stories of KPB turning up at places like Hackney Marshes to just get some game time and fitness after he was injured.

I'd forgotten about good old "Gunner"!!

He really wound Roy Keane up in the 91 final so can't be all bad

Mauricio Pochettino has held talks with Mario Gotzes father twice and Spurs are ready to put a bid in after the Janssen transfer has been processed but Dortmund are after the player who has only made 11 appearances this season for Bayern Munich but has been injured a lot of the time. But Spurs are more focused on getting Wijnaldum for as cheap as they can as Proch is shocked from the asking price of 25Million when spurs only want to be paying 15Million as they have already spent around 10 million for Wanyama and 17 odd for Jaansen.

This is from Bayern Munichs manager who spoke to Gotze who said he wants to find a new club as he is not playing that much but the manager thinks he was a great signing and brang alot of spirit to the team.

I don't think we'll get Gotze. Very talented player and would love him, but I think he'll either stay in Germany or go to Liverpool with Klopp if he really wants him.

I'd take Wijnaldum though for the right price. He's talented, knows where the goal is and has the experience. Being able to play anywhere across the 3 behind Kane is a bonus and can give Eriksen, Alli and Lamela good competition.
