I'm upper - just a few £'s short of a grand a ticket.
From the latest pictures it looks like you still have decent access to one of the gangways, and mine looks like a hassle.....reckon that's why they've refunded a bit
So....
If you wanted to watch the match, sans ticket, could you not just watch from that corner?
Pretty impressive set of temporary stairs. Makes the structure at the OS look amateur.
Are people concerned its going to be very odd (for players and/or fans) playing in a ground with a fucking great big chunk missing?
Cosmic, we're going to look like Shrewsbury TownNo. Because it will look no different to many normal stadiums. More complete, in fact.

No. I remember the cup run in '81 when the West Stand was knocked down. Bit weird at first but we played every round at home and won it!.Are people concerned its going to be very odd (for players and/or fans) playing in a ground with a fucking great big chunk missing?
For a short while you could see the game from on top of the buses that went past.No. I remember the cup run in '81 when the West Stand was knocked down. Bit weird at first but we played every round at home and won it!.
Could be an omen . . .
Used to enjoy going there, think i only missed two games there between 1979-2006.As much as things have to move on, Highbury had a lot more charm to it than the generic bowl they reside in now. Even if those seats look like they need pressure washing.
