Moshiri owned shares in Woolwich with his Russian partner Usminov and sold up to Usminov to buy a stake in Everton.
They have sold Stones for 47 million and spent another £39m on incomings.
Buying Sissoko means they have would have spent £69m, £22m net after being taken over, promised money for players and of course loads of TV money.

I honestly couldn't give a shit how it makes us look. Mainly because there is absolutely zero proof that any of its true.

Chairman has a reputation for being tight - tweet from a no mark with zero credibility confirms that reputation - melty twats have another thing to lose their minds over.

I want us to sign quality players but good Lord - 30 million pounds.

I mean that would have brought nearly every top player not so long ago.

I am in a quandary but we need at least one more and Sissoko adds a definite goal threat.

He must prefer what we can offer or what is the point of London and the Champions League???
