Not sure of the 75k for league games but the rest is correct.Considering my record on new stadium issues is a bit suspect, you may choose to dismiss the following. However....
I got talking to one of the Wembley Stadium catering managers on Saturday. He's adamant a deal has been struck with THFC for next season with a full capacity for all European games, regardless of the competition, and 75k capacity for all EPL and domestic cups games. Didn't say why or how this figure had been agreed, but seemed to think it was common knowledge. He's a Brentford fan. Not that that's relevant.
I saw this on twitter. Its fucking square. The right side of the pitch is 3 times the size of the left side.I thought it was 50-55k for league games, or the lower tiers? Brent Council only licence a set number of full capacity events?
Also this new fan render....

It's called perspectiveThe right side of the pitch is 3 times the size of the left side.
FYI no that's not a fan render. It's from the presentation by the club for corporate hospitality
Even with perspective in mind, it still looks as wide as it is long.
I literally just said that.

FWIW having done the tour the image is designed as a VR or 3D effect, basically with the goggles on it kinda comes to life and gives the impression you are in the stadium, I guess it doesn't translate to well on a 2D image.
You are forgiven my good man.Abject apologies tony baby
Consider me mute on the subject old son
It looks incredible to me.FWIW having done the tour the image is designed as a VR or 3D effect, basically with the goggles on it kinda comes to life and gives the impression you are in the stadium, I guess it doesn't translate to well on a 2D image.
I was being sarcastic. :
It is distorted intentionally through a wide-angle lens filterEven with perspective in mind, it still looks as wide as it is long.
I remember the wooden seats in the east upperBorn in '86 so only ever really remember the current royal blue seats.
Looks like we are going to have navy blue seats in the new stadium. Good stuff, considering royal blue is associated with those twats in Fulham.
What was before, apart from the terraces?
