I don't think it's right that Koeman is openly talking about Sigurdsson while he's still a Swansea player, impending transfer or not. It's something I love about Poch (and you'd have to say Wenger) they just do not talk about players from other clubs like other managers do. They have a bit of class and respect.

Mate, on principal alone, they'd want more than we got for KW!

Can't see Man U parting with Valencia either.... Fosu-Mensa however seems very much on the fringes and has looked promising whenever I've seen him play.
Fosuh mensah is going to Palace on loan.
Very good RB and until he went off at ours 15/16 we were finding it a bit hard.
All went to pot once he left.

I actually think Koeman is a total knob.

Fair enough, but its an opinion that doesnt tally up when you look at the immense number of goals we scored and how they came about.

We are patient in our attack, and too happy to go backwards at times, but we are not slow in my opinion
Our 'pace' come from our width and wing-backs - but our attacking players are not the fastest by any standard. We pass around teams more than beat players 1v1

They are not the fastest in a sprint, but with lightning quick balls over the top (Eriksen to Dele v Chelsea at WHL), and intelligent movement from Kane, Son and Dele, they dont need to be.

Look at the goals.......we are brilliant at catching teams out in the blink of an eye, and then the ball is in the back of the net before they even realise whats going on

I kinda think true pace comes from the collective breaking as a unit stretching a team, not necessarily in a one-v-one scenario. It's about the wingers going wide making space in the middle for the other offence players to run through. In years gone past we had a bit more of this to our game however we seem more able to patiently break teams down now. Don't get me wrong we do sometimes get goals on the break but not as many as teams like Liverpool. Think Lamella was a catalyst to this type of thing, quick feet, quick mind and has reasonable speed.

Also feel it comes from a confidence in teammates to 'go for it', to look up and play it quickly... Again, big part of Lamella, not so much Dembele. Each have their own strengths
