It's weird. We call them underpants and the yanks call them shorts, but they call trousers pants so they should really call them underpants, while we should call them undertrousers.

Majority of our English speaking media comes out of America yeah, except most of like the documentaries and nature shows we get on TV from overseas are from the UK so it is a fucking mishmash.
Heck, if I remember right when we started English class in second grade it was mainly the queen's English, spelling and all that. But once we hit grade 7 it moved over more and more to American English.

It was more I was resisting arrest becuase I was in the right and he was abusing his power.
