Match Leicester City v Tottenham Hotspur

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

My heart obviously thinks this current slump sucks. My brain says this is perfectly logical and all teams drop points. We're just stuck in a bit of a rut that we will get out of.

Doesn't make last night suck less, but it was only our 4th league loss this year

Where was your brain when you declared that we needed to sacrifice Danny Rose as he clearly had an evil menacing grip on the psyche of the squad?

Staying positive, expecting things to change, seeing the bigger picture with the CL, expecting improvement and HOPE, is all I seem to have left. Game by game it seems to be falling apart , with disjointed football, not knowing our best 11, players off form, poor tactically and scoring less goals than we concede ? Whats happening here-Im emotionally drained-shocked and dismayed. I guess losing our home form (being away form WHL) has disrupted our performances overall. Because we struggle at home, our away form is under pressure to get results.
watford next, thats gonna be fun?

the money wasted in the transfer market over last few summers shows in lack of good players to bring off the bench
for a manager prasied as one who brings in youngsters, only 1 home ground player last night
lack of goals from defenders and midfielders, cannot just have 3 players scoring most of the goals
how many goals do we score from free kicks or corners, what do they do in training ?
why do we not sometimes play early ball over the top,
3 or 4 times in first half Dele made run for ball over top, and it went sidewards, same in 2nd half with Llorente and Rose not playing the ball to him (not blaming Danny, its either something they don't see or told not to do)
we lack players who can see that early pass,
Leicester scored Leicester goals, we all know how they play, but we still played high up the pitch, compressing how much pitch we can play in, but giving them lots of space behind us, Why ?

I haven't seen the game. Been preoccupied. But am I right in guessing that Vardy scored on the break? I reckon Toby's commanding presence would have made that unlikely to ever happen.

Shows maybe how different we are without him.

We missed some absolute sitters last night.

You can’t do anything but accept that players make mistakes and keep producing those types of chances in the knowledge in another game that’s another 2, 3 or 4 goals scored.

So really nothing else we can do as fans but take the pain and move onto the next game.

Problem is these dropped points add up, getting into a dog fight for 4, 5, 6th place is not how we want this season to go.

we had enough chances to win the game, we didn't take the chances Good teams do take them
Sissoko has never been good enough even from the bench why did we buy him ?
Llorente yes he has missed chances, but surely in training we practice with both Kane & Llorente playing up front together, so everyone see where he wants the ball, how he can play Kane in etc

If it's all too much for you, I can send you links to Barcelona or Real Madrid supporters club web sites.
Just stop posting on this one, because you are irritating people who actually support Spurs.
Ok, maybe embarrassing was the wrong term. Unacceptable is probably a better way of putting it.

Swansea, Burnley, West Brom all at home and we got 3 points. The squad, Poch included, need to find away of breaking these teams down.

We are punching above our weight,no home games as such, half the budget other teams have city,United, goons, chavs! Last 16 of the CL and we are playing shit....don't think we've to much to moan about.....
So, how does just 1 league cup in nearly 2 decades equate to punching above our weight. The most barren spell in our post war history. Because as football fans, surely thats what its all about.
Glory on the pitch, not the fucking balance sheet.
Punching above our weight? Utter losers mentality
