How much are Sevilla charging their fans on the home leg? Their ticketing site only lists La Liga games, there's no link to a fixtures list.
Home tickets should be in the €40-€70 range no?

Seriously, fuck those red Mancs. Claim other clubs ruin football, but they're one of the biggest ruiners.

Only thing they have is proper history in contrast to clubs like Citeh, Chavs and Paris.
Meh, It's their own money though. They generate the cash, before this deal their percentage of wage to turnover is less than ours, one of the lowest in the League in fact.

Yeah, it sucks but too many people gloss over that. People talk about how indebted they are, but truthfully Man U is probably the most financially stable club in the league.

Always a tricky one to fully asses, whilst the revenue is there then the debt and other "spend" can be easily serviced. However, the only reason the debt even exists is down to the Glazers leveraged buyout (£790m!!!). The other side of the argument is that the Glazers have taken £1b out of the club in the decade they have been in charge!! That is fucking insane considering they have put absolutely fuck all into the Club, not one penny, not even a penny to buy the club!! Many argue that the decline of Man U is because of this and it's hard to argue against this position, the stadium is now falling apart, over run with mice and rats. Imagine what they could have done with an extra £1b in the transfer market.

Exactly - the club is a huge cash cow. If you look at something I spoke about earlier on another thread that expanding the global brand of any football club is one of the best ways in order to make the business viable as cash is king and UTD, Liverpool, The Scum and the Chavs have done very well at that over the years hence why you see a huge fanbase in other places like Africa and Asia.

I disagree with that assessment. Their club has declined because Fergie retired, they've done horrible business in the transfer market ever since, and they had a succession of poor managers.

Leveraged buyouts are fucking odious to me, but I wouldn't put more than a passing importance on it being a primary or even secondary cause for their current position.

Agree, Fergie biggest reason for decline for sure, the team he won in his last Title is testament to how good a manger he was (Rafael, Evra (100yrs old), Jones, Ferdinand (100yrs old), Evans, Anderson, Giggs (100yrs old 12 apps 10 from the bench), Smalling, Lindegaard, Hernandez, Vidic (100yrs old), Nani, Young, Welbeck, Scholes (100yrs old), Cleverley, Fletcher, Buttner. Won the league 8pts clear with that team!! However, this is the position of the official Manu U Supporters Trust who are at war with the Glazers (wasting their time but hey, it's their club and their time).

He was a very good manager, but he also had a fantastic Van Persie that season (26 goals in the league, 15 assists), Rooney, a still very good Carrick, Valencia etc. and with De Gea one of the best goalkeepers. With that squad they were one of the title contenders that season and he managed to win it; It's not like he won the title against all the odds in 2013.

RVP was good, Carrick last full season, Rooney and Valencia selected for just over 50% of the games. They didn't win against the odds because of Fergie. The following season shows just how shit and old the team was and just how good Fergie was. Why didn't they win the League the following year by 9pts again if the team was that good, full of experienced winners. IMO no other manger could win the league with that team.

The sheer verbal fellating the Sunday Supplement idiots are giving Jose over signing Sanchez is a new low. So much so Jose’s wife must be put out this morning. The mainstream sports media in this country are such cunts, have no problem making up stories about our players to unsettled. The fat boy dressed badly in a RL shirt is such a sucking paid up shill it’s embarrassing. Thank god Ollie Holt is arguing him.
