Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Cant blame the players for this shit show.

We came out with purpose initially, but have lost any incentive or initiative because this thunderbird puppet looking cunt keeps holding his hand to his ear every 5 mins. 2 disallowed goals later....

Players are left stood around whilst their balls try and crawl up inside them. Id like to see those complaining run for a bus in this let alone play professional football, especially when your muscles are left to get cold.

I feel even more sorry for the poor fans who've actually made the effort to sit in minus 6 without a fucking clue what is occurring on the pitch.

Oh and when did it become a offence to stagger your penalty run?

This game is a fucking shambles m8s.

Without trying to sound like a Liverpool supporter, is there something we as football fans (not just Spurs fans) collectively can do to stop VAR being introduced full time?

Ultimately the Premier League will do whatever the fuck they want, but imagine reviewing the VAR after EVERY SINGLE GOAL - complete kills the explosion of emotion when the ball hits the net having to wait 5 minutes to hear the result.

Fuck off!!

Thank heaven for under pitch heating. If that snow settled this would have all the makings of a disaster.

We need to get a grip now. There's a danger we get into that "everything's against us" mentality. We start the half level like at the beginning, we're well better than these, let's do this.

It’s so obvious. No idea why this is being debated.

If he stops, takes more steps, kicks the ball and scores, it’s a goal.

If he stops, kicks the ball and scores, no goal.

He stoped before he reached the ball. Probably the only time I have ever agreed with Savage, but I’ve seen plenty of people stop mid run up to commit the keeper and the goal is given. It’s just shite inconsistent officiating, the ref today wants his 5 minutes of fame and it’s so fucking obvious

Don't think we have done much wrong tonight,it's just poor officiating and them playing out of their skin.
The VAR farce has settled them down when they should have been dead and buried.

We’ve gone out there and legitimately got ourselves 3-0 up but we’re sitting here at 1-1. It’s totally disrupted us and bouyed them. Fucking fuming.

No it hasn’t. The law says “feinting in the run up is permitted”
Offences and sanctions

Once the referee has signalled for a penalty kick to be taken, the kick must be taken. If, before the ball is in play, one of the following occurs:

the player taking the penalty kick or a team-mate infringes the Laws of the Game:
  • if the ball enters the goal, the kick is retaken
  • if the ball does not enter the goal, the referee stops play and restarts with an indirect free kick
except for the following when play will be stopped and restarted with an indirect free kick, regardless of whether or not a goal is scored:
  • a penalty kick is kicked backwards
  • a team-mate of the identified kicker takes the kick; the referee cautions the player who took the kick
  • feinting to kick the ball once the kicker has completed the run-up (feinting in the run-up is permitted); the referee cautions the kicker
the goalkeeper or a team-mate infringes the Laws of the Game:
  • if the ball enters the goal, a goal is awarded
  • if the ball does not enter the goal, the kick is retaken; the goalkeeper is cautioned if responsible for the offence
a player of both teams infringes the Laws of the Game, the kick is retaken unless a player commits a more serious offence (e.g. illegal feinting); if both the goalkeeper and kicker commit an offence at the same time:

When son stopped, he had completed his run up, therefore it was an offence. Seriously, that rule has been around for years
