I think it's fair to say we haven't progressed from the last two seasons. We ain't finishing above 4th. Need to add some real quality this summer.

There are people who work 10 hours/day for a shit wage, these players train for 2-3 hours everyday and play 90 minutes during weekends and they get shitloads of money but they mention fatigue during late seasons. Shouldn't have rested anyone, we should win every game if we want that "winning" mentality.
