You are good at going for the jugular though!
Big nose!

Sorry but that is such a shit mentality, maybe it won’t get better but it won’t stop me from wanting it to, what ever happened to ‘the game is about glory’ and all that?
That is a shit mentality to though, try to take some joy with where we are at. It's fine to want more, but appreciate what we have.Sorry but that is such a shit mentality, maybe it won’t get better but it won’t stop me from wanting it to, what ever happened to ‘the game is about glory’ and all that?
Teams are too transient to ascribe mental failings to, and certainly at Spurs the manager merry go round has always prevented any long term manifesto being set, and played out (like Wenger or Ferguson)Come on, be a bit more specific. Engage. Tone and thematics? Please. Do you think we have the mental fortitude to be a winning side? Is there a problem? The evidence suggests there might be. If there is, what is it and what do you think could be changed to rescue the situation? Be concrete. Or just accuse me of trotting out posts for their own sake. We're all just pixels in the end.
22 mate, really got into it during the Jol years so I’ve been spoilt, but we’ve been steadily progressing for the last decade now and we’re so near the top I don’t want to settle for just a top 4 finish and a good cup run. That’s not what a lot of posters are saying though
Of course we all want to get better and we will but it will take time but meanwhile we’ve over achieved and punched well above our weight which has been brilliant compared to the dross we’ve suffered in the past
I don’t know how old you are but I still wince at the garbage we served up in the 70s under Terry Neil
I still went and supported us though
I just believe that the outfield influence and ability to directly influence those across the field is an advantagePerhaps. I hadn't considered that. Fair point - I'm not sure what I think about it though because I do believe Hugo is of Captain stock.
Probably liverpool and the cunts up road. Although saying that, can you imagine this place if after 10 years of Poch we still haven't won anything and still no net spend? John would be committing Harikari live on YouTube and Scott would buy himself a plane and continually fly above the Lane with a 'spend some Fucking money banner!'
They aren't even close for me. Woolwich aren't fans though, they are spectators, there's a big difference.Probably liverpool, and the cunts up the road for sure, we are definitely up there though
I had second thoughts and edited my postThey aren't even close for me. Woolwich aren't fans though, they are spectators, there's a big difference.
I think it was January actually Joe. Around the time you started claiming that I hated Spurs.I said toHonest John last season that I thought we’d peaked, and received some hilarious old guff about not being a proper fan for my trouble.
I coped then and I’ll cope now.ochlol:
And yet you say I hate Spurs. You’ve ignored my point. All those little kids with ‘Kane 10’ on their shirts will be heartbroken if he goes, and their mums and dads won’t be going either. We’re a decent size club no doubt, but we won’t sell out the new place if he goes elsewhere. He’s close to being bigger than the club. That, coupled with our season ticket holders cherry picking our games will lead to a depressing amount of empty seats. The boom is over John.
And this atitude, boys and girls, is probably the reason for 1 league cup this century...If youre not happy with what we have now, I'd really pack it in and stick to FIFA, I really can't see things getting much better.
He's right guys, it's all on me. My badAnd this atitude, boys and girls, is probably the reason for 1 league cup this century...
Exactly. Which is why I can't understand every match day thread being oveloaded with people criticising the melters. You lot. Why get so offended & upset by what some fans think. Lots of melting because some think we have flaws that can be improved upon.
I remember the relegation battle mid 70s and the year down , full of pain but the club was run that "hope" was always around the corner.I don’t know how old you are but I still wince at the garbage we served up in the 70s under Terry Neil
