We're still short in midfield and upfront to compete on all fronts.
This window was an opportunity to build a team that could challenge for title. As it stands, we're still 20+points behind City.

I think everyone is very happy with those 3, just worried about both full back positions and forward depth considering our sales and potentially Eriksen/Rose/Toby/Aurier

Realistically, I'm more confused as to why Lo Celso and Sessegnon haven't been announced by the official account yet. I'm holding on to that tiny little possibility that it's because they club want to announce 3 players together.
Any outside chance we had of challenging City is gone without having signed a top quality right back.
It's also unlikely because we're recouping nothing from the players they're replacing.

The Dybala thing really did a number on me, I'm still struggling to come to terms with the reality.
Will take a couple of days to get over this, I was that emotoonally invested. It's dumb I know.

This is the first year I have ever tunned into a deadline day! I still don't get it. I don't get what is "exciting" it's just like Christmas shopping with every store you visit is playing an identical playlist.
This was bound to feel like a let down with the Dybala glitz and glamour and the fact that we've basically known we would get Sess and Lo Celso since the window opened, so no real surprises to get excited about.
But ultimately our squad is in great shape if we keep Eriksen, if we don't I think it's hard to argue that we are better off than last season.
