how good at coaching is Ledley ?
I've have no idea if he can coach or can see probelms as they unfold in real match time
lots of good players can't coach or see whats wrong
its easy to do what gary neville does "after the game, its doing it in real time that counts"
putting out cones & bibs is easy, its changing/adopting the coaching as its happening is the thing you need to be able to do

We can’t know yet, but what we do know is that he was one of the best defenders in the world in the last era before levels sank so far that Luke Shaw, Kyle Walker and VVD are considered world class.

True Spurs like Kane, Skipp and Winks etc and him being a role model for the likes of Tanganga can only be a good thing.
I’ve already likened the two, and this could be very interesting now.

Just his link to the club is a special bond that’s been missing among the staff since the AVB circus rolled in.
