Whilst I don't like next season's you can see why they occasionally have to put out something a bit different
How dare you talk sense to the masses. Are you trying to instigate a riot? They have to do something different to make them different every year that’s why we’ll probably see a more traditional white top one year and a more outlandish top the next year.
Roma top is very nice, old badge is much nicer than the modern one.
If i was in my 20s,still had my hair and a flat stomach,i'd probably like that top. There's a pattern with Nike... One year plain; the following year jazzy. I think it's fair enough tbh.
As gets pointed out every year, it's Nike, UA or whoever that drives the kit strategies, not the club(*)... We wouldn't sell anywhere near as many if the shirts essentially looked the same every year.
(*)Similarly, the additional fourth kit this coming year isn't some cynical Levy money-grab.
Missed a trick with this though.... Much like the sweet black&purple training shirt was a waste of a design; simplify the sleeves on this and it would be a big seller as 3rd kit:

*Checks date*....nope not April 1st.
1990s? I had jammies like that in the 70s
So did i.
my gran had plastic table mats exactly the same.
I like it to be honest. I'd wear a regular shirt or button up with that pattern. Just remove the club badge, sponsors and puma brand.
That's why every 4 or so years we have an awful kit with yellow on it.They have to do something different to make them different every year that’s why we’ll probably see a more traditional white top one year and a more outlandish top the next year.
As a skinhead in the 80s&90s we use to frequent mod clubs on a fairly regular basis, and what you described was quite common.I like it to be honest. I'd wear a regular shirt or button up with that pattern. Just remove the club badge, sponsors and puma brand.
Heck, at my old job my boss used to dress almost exclusively in button ups with that type of Paisley pattern. As a skinhead in the 80s&90s we use to frequent mod clubs on a fairly regular basis, and what you described was quite common.
They loved a bit of Paisley.
