Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Both of those moves would be superb. Amos on a permanent and Parrot on loan for Eze, Warbourton has a good connection with Spurs as well.

Also for Fulham, Scotty P is adored by Spurs, and he'd do well with Parrott. All depends on Mitrovic though. Even Bristol City if Chris Hughton is appointed.

I can Scott Parker as Spurs manager one day.

actually think Fulham may be a better fit for Skipp

Based on Gold’s latest report it appears RB, DM, AM, ST are the main targets with Kim being a bonus if the price of right.

So, based on who we’ve been linked to...

RB - Castagne/Aarons
DM - Hojdbjerg
AM - Eze/Brooks/Coutinho
ST - Milik/Callum

CB - Kim

It doesn’t look exciting on paper, but I think it makes us a more complete team. We keep hearing the word “balance” and I think that’s more than just coach speak or taming expectations. If we can get a sturdy DM and a consistent RB I think the rest of the team starts performing better.

If we can get a tune out of Tanguy it will be like signing a new player. He did fuck all last year.

I'd say number 1 priority is resolve the Tanguy situation. Either he plays and contributes or we swap him out for someone who can do so. It will make a massive difference to this team to get a proper passing midfielder in there.
I think we should start the tottenham transfer bingo ,
“Like a new signing”
“Linked to Bale”
“If Lamela can stay fit this season”
“We don’t want to break our wage structure”

His move to Bayern went fine, but they obviously wanted to sign Sane and play with more orthodox wingers.

I don’t really understand the luxury player thing. If he makes and scores goals, how is that a luxury? We still have a massive creative vacuum post-Eriksen and though Coutinho wouldn’t be my ideal choice, he could be available on loan with a subsidised wage and is a the type of player I could see Jose rebuilding his confidence and getting him playing.

Also, and I can’t stress this enough, set pieces are a massive weapon with Jose, and being able to score cheap early goals is huge if you want to be a counter-attacking team. Coutinho’s set pieces are a cut above anything we have currently.

if it’s on subsided wages for a year then why not, as we can’t just rely on GLC for creativity, but if it effects us in getting a proper DM then it’s a no

Lloris/Gazzaniga/Whiteman

Castange or Aarons/Tanganga
Davies/Cirkin
Alderweireld/Sanchez/Dier/Kim/Tanganga

Hojbjerg/Winks/Sissoko
Ndombele/Lo Celso/Gedson/Coutinho/Brooks/Dele

Son/Lucas/Bergwijn/Lamela/Sessengon

Kane/Wilson

We'd have real depth for the first time since Redknapp's days.

Ones in bold I think are ones who could leave for the right price.

How much did we get for Dele?:deledoubt:

Willian is still a quality player, but somehow I can’t get over his taunting of us when he scores the midget cunt. Has been laughing with the Chelsea fans at us for years in regards to his failed move to us. Most of my mates are Chelsea fans and he loves it when they sing the Willian / Spurs Song. Guys a cunt sorry.
I think we should give him the Campbell number if he joins.
:harryhmm:

He'd still be the second coming of the oil tanker that is Steven Caulker and with hips that twist as if he's in traction...but with more game experience and he'd have found his level far sooner.

Fallacy that somehow 'early games' is going to turn a Ford into a Ferrari. If that's the case then their peak would only be 'delayed' yet we won't and don't see these poor kids turn world beaters in their mid and later 20s. Curious that.

But early games (somewhere else or here) will give you a quicker indicator of where they are likely to register on the Ford/Ferrari-ometre, no? And allow us to move on and monetise the Ford's, or make use of them instead of wasting money Audi money buying Fords.

CCV was never good enough, even at U23 level. But we could have been shot and in profit on him a lot quicker if Mr Hugs hadn't fucked about.

So if we go off Dan KP correctly predicting our transfer business last summer I think we will end up with:

In:
Hojberg
Kim Min-Jae
Castagne
Callum Wilson

Out:
Rose
KWP
Juan Foyth

Ndombele stays as “spurs are very reluctant to give up on their record signing after one season”.

I know most would be looking for bigger names on that list but Dan KP was freakishly accurate last time so I’m just going to resign myself to this.

Atleast we may finally get to see a Ndombele/DM/Gio midfield with Kane/Son/Bergwijn ahead of them. Even if that DM is Hojberg I’m still confident we can surprise a few if we do start playing this team next season.

Defence has looked better in recent weeks and with a DM in front of them they can only get better. Left back will be our biggest weakness if this is how the window goes. Maybe Sess/Cirkin do well in the EL and force their way in to the starting 11?

Worth noting that the tweet doesn't include Castagne but the full story mentions him.

Those four and Castagne with smart sales would be a very very good window in my opinion. There's always January to reassess if we still find ourself needing a tweak.
