I don't think it necessarily works though, in a 38 game season you play everyone twice home and away. You can take a snapshot of a calendar year and point out the form in that period but its not really the same thing.

Calum Wilson played 35 games and bagged 7 league goals. Dele bagged 8 in only 25 games and had a pretty bad season by his standards.

Bottom line is, I'm not sure Brooks or Wilson are better than our current fringe players.

Wilson had one terrible season but he also suffered from injuries and poor fitness. He's been good for years past and is a good back up for sure imo.

Even I would rate that as a decent window. Very decent.

Especially like Vardy. Deserves a chance at a big club before finishing his career.
