We'd all like to know who we should buy Cretinous but nobody can find any of the Spurs scouts to ask them :mourglasses:

"we already have enough wing players"

Yeah, and we don't win shit with them. Lamela and Lucas are good but maybe we just need to freshen up the squad.

That's why we are looking at players like Benrahma and Bailey.

Even more reason not to bother then.

Defoe was a mid/low table striker at best who offered nothing outside the box and didn't score enough goals in it to make that viable. He was mediocre and so were we when he was playing for us.
Don't you worry, BC. Discount Dan has brought home a yellow pack DM. Next up is a yellow pack striker. And with the money we save on those two, we will be able to go all out on a yellow pack RB. It's called using your noodle.

Will they? Werner, Ziyech and Havertz will end up costing around 150m which is exactly what they got from selling Hazard last year and Morata’s loan turning perm this summer. You’re either unrealistic or pretty silly.
However, what's definite is that they're going to have a much stronger squad than us next season. That's the bottom line really.

When KWP came to St Mary’s he looked like he had neat skills but was a bit too lightweight to make it as a top premier league player. Our manager has a reputation for improving the conditioning of players. James Ward Prowse ran the most miles of any player in the league and Danny Ings scored more goals than any other player in Europes top flights excluding pens (for a team that spent 1/2 the season in the bottom 3) being prime examples of his work. After the lockdown KWP came back looking physically stronger and was not getting shoved off the ball. He now looks quality. Great skill and clever passing. We’re really hoping he joins Saints. Jose has a track record of letting quality slip through his fingers doesn’t he? Lukaku, Saleh and De Bruyne being 3 that come to mind. Not saying KWP is in their class but if he was your 3rd or 4th choice RB then Wow! You’re going to be ‘tearing up trees‘ next season.

Thats a 7/10 window for me, as we improve on areas that need drastic improvement and get rid of players who need to go.

Add Coutinho to that list and it's a 8/10. Add another centre mid and its 10/10.
