Yes you do. The example that comes to mind now for me is Brazil in 2002, we had Anderson Polga, Kleberson, Edmilson, none of them were very good players. But we also had Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Cafu, Roberto Carlos, a hell of a team, but with some mediocre players among them. I always failed to see what Busquets delivery, but is easy to play when you have Messi, Suares, Etoo, Neymar, Iniesta, Xavi and so on with you, you don't even need to be so good, even Sissoko would succeed there.
