Last 3 matches between City and Spurs:
City: 71 shots, 21 on target, 2 goals
Spurs: 9 shots, 7 on target, 6 goals
That's honestly some absolutely baffling stats.
It also shows that people that scream about most shots on being the deciding factor for which team is better don't get it.
Damn, that sounds really good.Streaky Bacon - don't see how you can disagree without actually tasting my blueberry and lime muffins - if I say so myself, they are deelish!
Anyone thinking that this was some kind of miraculous episode of desperate defending against valiant superiors either didn’t watch the game or doesn’t understand the game. We were superb. We were totally in control. We contained them and pulled the trigger of our counter attacking pistol when it mattered.
This is exactly how to win games. It’s called tactics and game plan.
He can fuck right offWasn't this the cunt who was complaining about Llorente's goal?
Fuck the twat.

That’s big of you. He had a good game this evening.Guess I was a bit premature in my Sissoko bashing tonight. He made a few early mistakes. But worked hard and managed to be at almost the right place all game. That's enough when you have his legs.
You’re obsessed. I think you’re mentally ill. Most of us have let Poch go. Unfortunately you’re not one of them. But it just won’t be the same with out Mauricio doing it . He won our heartsafter all xxx
Up the fucking yidsAfter scraping a few wins with average performances, today is a proper test of where we are at and the start of a tough run.
I hope we are at it from the first whistle, can’t be taking 45 minutes to get going like usual or it could end in disaster.
At least Man City will come out and attack, hopefully leaving room for Son, Kane, Bale to exploit. They are there for the taking today, come on the boys.
Wait, where are you seeing Woolwich? I must be missing them in the table...When was the last time we were top and Woolwich were in the bottom half of the table?
Really does show how smart Jose is.Incredible masterclass today. I think it was a dead cert that Mourinho would adopt this tactic (again) against City but to make it work requires a well drilled, disciplined, motivated and fit team. Hats of to the boss & the players. Worked so well that we were the better side in the 2nd half and City had no answers...outstanding defending leading to City overplaying or over hitting his passes out for GK’s.
This is why there will always be question marks around Pep too. For someone billed as a progressive, he is stubbornly rigid in his thinking and style .
Anyway, I’ll let the oil sheikhs worry about that.
Not sure that I can give a MoM after that. Seems a bit pointless when the whole team put in such an incredibly physical performance just a couple of days after flying around the world playing in pointless international friendlies.
Top of tree tonight feels good but there is a long way to go yet. Loving the ‘one game at a time’ mentality from the coach/players too

Pep, for all he has achieved, has only done so with the very best players in the world. We saw today where he put out a good, but not unbeatable team, how he is too rigid in his philosophy. He knew what he wanted to do, Jose knew what he wanted to do, Pep knew what Jose would do, and yet, he played right into Jose's hands.
And they did the business today !Streaky Bacon - don't see how you can disagree without actually tasting my blueberry and lime muffins - if I say so myself, they are deelish!
