I'm a bit stuck for time so cant look up EL rules for K/O draw, but there are 12 groups so 12 winners and 12 runners up, with the knock out round being of 32 teams, so am expecting 8 CL drop downs to be added to 24 qualifying from group.

I think winners of group are seeded so get easier draw. But will look up rules in next day or two - unless you have already done that ?
