Reporter asking Klopp about Tottenham style of play, reporter also saying that Liverpool is very attacking, very exciting, while Spurs just sit back and just wanna hit teams on counter attack. I thought Klopp answer was brilliant, he said :
"Im not sure about what u said about Tottenham, i see alot of similarities with us to be honest in the way they set it up and the way they build up, they play football actually. You are right they can sit back and defend and go for counter attack but thats not the only strenght of Tottenham. If you only read newspapers about Tottenham games then that could be your impression (that Tottenham only sit back and counter) but if you watch their games then you see that they have a proper football side and play real football".

Kudos to the man with the tremendous teeth.

Once we have won the title we will be able to build on that. We’ll have belief and can attract better players. It’ll mean that in subsequent seasons we can win and be more attractive.

Anyway, we already have attractive moments, our counters are often beautiful.
Agree, I hope we win something. And build on that. Even if I occasionally fall asleep in my sofa. And you are right, there are moments of attractive football.

Mourinho never stays long anyway.

Guy's still been a 10/10 knobend this season.

I'll take half a mark off and make him a 9.5/10 knobend.

We are top of the league.

Is this a wum? Are you Jenas?
Kane is in the form of his life.
Ndombele can still not be relied upon to complete the full 90 minutes.
The football Jose has produced at Spurs when having a full strikeforce available is gaining over 2 points per game.
Poch had 5 full seasons but Jose only has 1 and you wonder why some fans of other teams call us deluded
The only way Jose can continue to keep everyone quiet is by winning football matches. Once that stops, the entire club implodes

You'll be removed from this forum before Jose leaves spurs ya bum.
Get some fucking hobby you fat loser

Don't fall for the nice guy Klopp routine, the mask has slipped this season. As for the match I hope we park the bus all night and manage a flukey goal on our one counter attack. See if he is so complementary then. :mourlmao: In all seriousness he's not exactly going to say Spurs are boring bastards and agree with the dinosaur Souness and the likes. He's not going to write Jose's team talk for him.

Ahahahah Mourinho telling how it is like a man. Bbbbbut Shaqiri is injured, bbbbut some U18 bloke is injured. Fucking bollocks. Yeah Alcantara is injured, yeah Jota is injured but they didn’t win the title with these guys did they? Salad had Covid, oh my lord!!!!!! Missed like what, 2 games? One in UCL.

Besides, Alcantara is kinda injury prone from what I heard, isn’t he? Jota I don’t know but I guess it’s just bad luck sometimes.
So spare me with this injury crisis bullshit.

This season has already been such a great rebuke of the new trend of hiring a club legend as manager.

Lampard, Ole, Arteta, Pirlo (any more?) all floundering hard. Meanwhile Jose has Eric Dier and Serge Aurier running the best defence in the league.

This shows just how clinical Jose's Real team were - plenty of shades of this in our counter attacks this season...

The goal vs Ajax is rated as one of the best counter attacking goals ever.

Harry Kane vs Man City reminded me of this. Sadly, Kane was offside. Beautiful team goal, just slicing apart the opposition as if they weren't there. Imagine what kind of terror teams will face when you have a fit Bale. Right now, the right wing is rather clipped.

As for the 121 goals, there is yet another record (I think it is one) seldom mentioned. In that season CR scored 60 (!!), Higuain ~30, and Benzema ~25. No team had 3 players who scored more than 20 (all competitions) in the same season. I think this one still holds.
