West Ham have been linked with a loan bid for Eriksen while it's understood Hammers boss David Moyes has also considered a move for Lingard too.
Ajax and
Wolves are also said be interested in Eriksen but the Dane is embroiled in a wrangle with Inter over missing fees to his agent Martinus Schoots.
It's believed Schoots was given a mandate to negotiate Eriksen's release from Spurs but has so far been paid only £900,000 of the agreed £6.3million fee by Inter.
Schoots has filed an arbitration request with an Italian Sports Court for the rest of his commission - and that is holding up Eriksen moving this month.
