Is that not why he wanted a new RB and got Doherty, and we all know what a great signing he has been.

You cant keep bargain bin shopping, hoping to find undiscovered value by other clubs.

I meant what manager would we get? How would we attract Pep, Klopp level of manager if Levy can't spend as much as they like? If we go back to the Poch like emerging manager, do you guys think Kane, Son would patiently stay to see how it goes? If we plan without them, then are you ready for worst case scenario where the new manager ain't the same level as Poch, and we're not as lucky to have a very good team like under Poch? We were under the radar back then, our position is different now. See how teams have started asking stupid high fee for their highly rated players when we inquired. Shopping bargain is always hit and miss pre Poch through his reign, and even now.
