Totally. He makes them scared. You could see it in the amazon doc when he was giving his team talk pre Wolves. Just banging on and on about how good they were. Naturally we lost as they were top half.
I did not mention Poch but you said that is why Poch got the sack so surely that means I should be expecting Mourinho to get the sack today. These are not the same players half the team that started on Sunday were not here under Poch and I am including NDombele in this.
City are a brilliant team but it was a 50/50 game and yes we got lucky for the call but it was legally the right call just as the Sissoko handball in the final was correct by the letter of the law that was subsequently changed.
Personally I believe when we came out yesterday and set up to sit back I would have taken that as his resignation letter.
The issue is when people compare Poch vs Mourinho they tend to have peak Poch in their mind rather than the shower of shite that he ended with.
The squad was on it's arse and I do not believe that Poch would be doing any better with this squad than Jose is doing now. That is obviously just an opinion but the way it went at the end of his time I see no evidence he could have turned it around.
We expected more from Mourinho and if, at the end of the season, we have not won a trophy and do not make top 4/top 6 then it is a failure.

The same thing happened last season. We beat a lot of chaff, got ourselves in a decent position and then put in a complete non performance against decent opposition. Remember those 2 Chelsea 2-0 defeats? Exactly like yesterday. Rookie managers like Lampard and Arteta can see our lumbering approach a mile off.
We had a huge window since Poch left plus a fully fit Ndombele. PEH, Ndombele, Regulion, Bale, Vinnie, Rodon etc I am pretty certain Poch would be getting far more out of.
Poch was tired and probably had to go but this is a deeper squad than Poch ever had. Jose just has no clue how to coach attacking football just defensive and our defence is our weaker part.
