Getting rid of Jose solves nothing. Absolutely nothing.
What we need is a boss CB that commands and leads the back 4. Like Dias or Van Dijk.
Only Rodon did alright today and when 3/4 defenders are ropey on the same day you will concede. But the same applies to the defenders not in the squad. Partially Jose's fault yes, but most were here when he arrived and in order to remove them we need to find good replacements, as it stands our best CB in recent weeks is a Welshman we plucked from the championship. Belgian international Alderweireld looks ropey as does England team member (lol at that still being a thing) Dier, as does Colombian international Sanchez.

This is what gets me. It’s been a year and a half and it looks like Mourinho took over two weeks ago.
Pressing is uncoordinated. No build up plan. No one knows where they are supposed to be, let alone their teammates.
The only reason he still has a job is because Kane is having an off the charts season.

The squad has enough star quality in it for a decent manager to get us 4th to second this season
