Define Mourinho's toxicity:
Alienates and ostracises players - exclusion instead of inclusion.
Is publically critical of players and digs out individuals.
Blames any other person or thing first and rarely if ever specifically discusses his own failings.
Is generally negative. As Toby said: If Mourinho is not talking to me I know I'm not making mistakes.
Has a massive ego which can be a plus but has led him to major bust ups and problems.
