We were still in negotiations and Mourinho cannot afford more time outside management. I have heard he took the hit to get straight back into manager to try to get people to forget his time at Spurs.

The two players I would worry for under Conte would be Tanguy and Dele.
Conte demands that his midfielders have a high workrate. He would not abide by anyone coasting.
Pierre and Gio I would not worry too much about. We know that they put in good shifts.

I am full Potter fan boy and have been for a couple years. Not changing my vote.
But if that isn't an option, I would stick with Mason. I don't care about 1 year of results for just another identity crisis.
