In the Amazon doc Levy was moaning about how complicated a transfer is and how the player population is like a pyramid. The higher up you get (as a club) the fewer options you have that would improve the squad. This really shows why we struggle so much imo:
1. It's the same for all clubs. If Leicester and Dortmund can sign a lot of players, so can we.
2. It's obvious we have no real scouting network or philosophy behind recruitment. Talent pop up all the time. It's the Club's job to identify it.
3. Levy knows very little about the sport and is holding us back on that side of things
