Can't see it being Rodger's mainly because of the payout for him, also if true Man UTD are gonna put out a weakened side against them then they could have the top 4 wrapped up this week.

Can't really blame utd to be honest, with that schedule (even though it was their fans that caused it with the liverpool postponement). You can't put a full strength team out for 2 games in 3 days lol

Won't be Rodgers. Cost, Leicester squad well equipped for CL and League next season, and we're in a bit of a mess. Another year or two at Leicester and he'll have his eye on Chelsea, City, Pool or United is my guess.

Re: the Madison/Rodgers tiff, the whatsapp rumours are JM spat at Rodgers, I guess we'll see, if he's in the squad tonight it can be put to bed.

Several interesting options out there, will be down to who interviews well imo. I'll reiterate, Martinez is my only fear right now.

I think you under estimate Rodgers' arrogance. He'd love to come to us. If we lift our skirts and pay the money, he'll come.

Genuine question, why are people so terrified of the prospect of Martínez?

It seems sort of disproportionate, he's hardly Steve Bruce
I quite like him... he's done decent jobs, so far, but there's something that doesn't seem quite right. Not sure he'd magically fix everything. It didn't quite work out last time he was at a club and he's got no history with Spurs... not sure if any of the ingredients are there... or enough of them... but that said, I do like him. Would give him a chance.

The Martinez Wigan team were shite. Not followed him at Belgium but that’s the best group of players they’ve ever had.
Not sure he’s up to returning to club football with us and being successful.
also he’s boring as fuck in interviews - drones on trying to sound more clever than he is.

Maybe. But if he costs 30m to buy out and 10m salary per year he's not worth it over the likes of Galtier, Potter, Glasner imo. Especially when we need 2 cb's, a RB, RW and whatever else. He's a really good manager to a point but not worth that outlay imo.

"The Martinez Wigan team were shite" - jeez fella, they were Wigan, not Real Madrid. Wildly over-achieving. I'm guessing their fans were in dreamland

"He’s boring as fuck in interviews" - can't say this bothers me in the slightest, I have little interest in PCs, I think people pay them too much heed. A manager could read out the telephone directory to the assembled hacks for all I care as long as we're playing well.

Fun fact - Bielsa used to give THREE-HOUR press conferences. Now that's droning on!

Because he is more cheerleader than manager?

Cant organise a defence if his life depends on it, and cant really organise an attack either.

His teams are thoroughly unstructured, relying on players making things happen given the freedom to play, and once his motivational techniques wear thin he is completely lost.

One of the most over rated managers working today.
