People say this, but he gets beaten for pace all the time and never wins a header.

He's good at finding space when we're in possession and making attacking runs, though part of that is no one is ever paying much attention to marking him. And one in fifty crosses from him is a jewel. That's about it.

He's pretty strong and has a good engine. He's not lighting fast, or close, but he's quicker than a lot of other full-backs in the Premier League. His issue is that he's almost brainless at times.

A good engine is true, and honestly maybe his best trait is that no matter how much he fucks up he never stops playing or puts his head down, but athletically he's nothing resembling a Kyle Walker. Walker's pace and athleticism gave him the ability to frequently outrun his mistakes. Aurier does not have that.

I’m not sucking Levy off. As I’ve pointed out so many times, there are many many reasons to be pissed of at him. So why the need to make stuff up?
All you do daily is defend him on here - literally. So stands to reason you're very much in favour of the current state of affairs

Number of clubs have gone on record saying he's a cunt and they rather not - none of that is made up

Again, that’s literally not true. I post other stuff too. Call me a twat and say you don’t respect my opinion or agree with me and that’s fine.

If a number of clubs won’t deal with us, who are they? I’ve looked and can’t find any, but you must be able to back it up or you would t keep banging the drum. So the floor is yours. Post a few and I’ll admit that I’m wrong.

I wouldn’t say he gets beaten for pace often. He’s not prime Kyle Walker but he’s moderately fast for a RB and fairly strong. Most of the time he gets beat due to being out of position.

Disagree, he's pretty good in the air actually.

He's not rapid but he's not a snail like Doherty either.

His problem is just complete brain dead moments of which he has a minimum of one per game which often lead to goalscoring chances.

I dunno man, pacey wing players blow by him effortlessly. He is clearly slower than Reguilon, for instance.

I feel like he has some of the Sissoko/Lamela thing going on where a penchant for energetic forward dribbling hides a lack of pace in doing so.

Sonny and Lucas notwithstanding, this is not a quick squad overall. Kane mincing around like a Scooby Doo villain is faster than most of our team.

No absolutely no one any where is physically Kyle Walker he is a mutant we should never have sold him. Rose should have gone

Oh I wasn't being funny. I think they are brilliant. Literally Sissoko could look good in a highlights package so it's the lowlights which are what we need to expect. You can't trust the incumbent fans word because they are jilted lovers and aren't objective.

No particular players in mind personally but I have seen us linked with Anderson. I haven't really watched much of Fulham this season so I wouldn't really know.

I'm sure it's not rewarding for you wading through clogger games, but I think they are fantastic. I can't stand highlight videos.

Where is that PEH one? Cause I was possibly in the same boat as you that we should have been after a more focused DM rather than PEH.

I have watched a lot of Fulham this year. Andersen is Dier in marking and Toby in terms of passing range. He does have a range of passing that will remind people of Toby, but he is not the strongest in terms of organizing and positioning

Would like to watch the PEH one, maybe a 2020/21 remix because he’s been fucking hopeless bar a few decent games 9 months ago

Very much inspired by Five Five 's efforts last summer I did a Hojbjerg lowlights vid when we were linked:

RE: Hojbjerg

Just to add weight to the ones Five Five posted, here are the bits from the Arse game I flagged up in the other match thread:

First sequence under only moderate pressure he balloons a pass to his team mate then whacks it at another team mate he's so scared of it exploding in his face.

Then next sequence twice in quick succession he has the chance to turn forwards but just bunts it backwards putting his defender under pressure and results in a goal

Third sequence, defender bringing it out, looks for Hojbjerg, who's in space, to take it off him, Hojbjerg doesn't even look to see if he can take it, just too worried in case he is marked (he isn't) so stands there pointing (where have we seen that before) for the CB to go backwards unnecessarily

All stuff we've seen plenty of this season
