Anyone who wants Benitez is delusional if they think he can work with Levy/Hitchen. Not a prayer. It will be a fucking shit-show until they sack him.

Plus he's another low-block, double-pivot dinosaur. We've just had the organ-grinder for that system why go for one of his monkeys?

Hey, Nabil Bentaleb Nabil Bentaleb , especially for you, young man

Grab some kitchen roll and close the curtains

Graham Potter emerges as the favourite to be the next Tottenham manager

He is unproven at a big club and basically a project manager, the fact some of you are getting sucked in to yet another obvious project manager who has won fuck all of note is astounding.

I'm sure the world class players we need will be falling over themselves to play for Graham fucking Potter.

We don't necessarily need world-class players. We need really good players who fit a system that makes them play world-class. That puts out a world-class team. That's what great coaches do. "Proven" coaches are that because of what they have done in the PAST. Mourinho was proven. Almost every "proven" coach has had many periods of failure. If you are always going for the guy who is proven you will always be a step late to the guys heading for success in the future. It's this way with players too. Past success does not guarantee future results.

This obsession with "big-name" is so lame. We sound like Woolwich tripping over ourselves to sign the biggest-name La Liga player available. Let's build a team and identity that we can connect with and be proud of. Dare to Do damnit.
