Literally better than sissoko

Conte is a great coach... but we've had two ex Chelsea coaches in the last 10 years and neither has worked out... Why should we immediately go down that path again? Our best coaches from the last 20 years haven't had any of that clash of histories.
AVB was a fraud guaranteed to fail.
Mourinho is more than ex Chelsea. He's one of the the most successful coaches ever and, until our shit show, a guarantee of a trophy.

Stop concerning yourself about ex-chelsea.

Tbh, the coefficient points from the Conference league could be massive for us in the future.

Under the proposed UCL changes from 2024 the top 2 teams in the coefficient rankings who don't qualify for the Champions League but do qualify for Europa or Conference get a spot

This year that would've been us and Roma

Haha. I think what the rule really means is..

The 2 wealthiest teams who don't qualify.... Do.

It would be a disgrace if we qualified this year based on this... And Leicester didn't.

I supported both those guys, but both are ex-Chelsea and both came with an atmosphere of conflicting histories... Neither worked out and the atmosphere was not great with either in the end...
Just 'cos I'm not keen on another ex-Chelsea coach, doesn't mean I'm passionately against it. I would just prefer to look elsewhere.

Poch would be very foolish to consider coming back to Spurs. First sign of defeat with PSG and he runs away to the safer haven of Spurs? If hes not sacked he will be more respected if he stays there and works at getting them to regain the title next year.
That maybe true but I would still love him to come back

With all the rumours suggesting Allegri wants the Madrid job, and Zidane not confirming his future, that's a real possibility. But I wouldn't be surprised to see Zidane go to Juventus.
Yeah good shout on Zidane to Juve. Although I'm hearing rumblings that Ronaldo may be on his way to PSG.

Jordan in Talksport now summing it all up.
Martinez is liked because he's maniplulatable, nice and easy to manage.
Conte isn't and won't work at Spurs

WE HAVE TO GET RID OF LEVY
Mate why are you taking your cues from TalkSport??

Martinez is NOT in the frame for the job. His name is linked because his agents are putting it out there, using the vacant position to raise his profile because he's out of a job in 3 months from now.

Ali Gold is currently doing a q&a for Football London, this was his response to Conte:

“Unless something has changed drastically in the past 24 hours, Conte was not one of the candidates for the Tottenham job. A lot of what I'm seeing in the Italian media feels a bit like a challenge from his people to Inter to back him for next season. Spurs are hoping to name their new manager within the next seven or eight days if they can come to an agreement with their top candidate's club..”

Very brave of Alasdair to change his 7-10 days projection from 2 days ago to 7-8 days today.
