He had 8 members of staff at Inter and 11 at Chelsea. That sounds like quite a lot to me. It's all negotiation anyway.

Us being us there is always the worry about it blowing up in our faces. It doubles the staff compensation when he's sacked in 18 months time (like everyone keeps telling me will happen). I can understand the reticence somewhat.

If true of course. His agent seems to love a leak to Italian journalists. In no way is that going to be annoying in the future!
Then you structure an agreement that includes payoffs if targets are not met including staff.

If you want to make sure you have continuity, then perhaps only going with 4 instead of 7 is a valid point.
No, no, fucking, no! (No offence Sushi)

Put the 3 pushed aside on shadow secondment- absorb the best traits n technical understanding of this guy coming in, to take forward.

If they don’t like it, sorry, we’ll give you a good reference… Ledley aside I’m cool.

Take Mourinho for example he did not bring most his Staff to Spurs and Rui Ferrier was the man who made Mourinho’s vision work. The fact is a manager does not work in isolation.

Should just be the usual negotiations but Levy is such a cunt he will let this blow the whole deal out of the water.

My concern is that Levy wants to shoe horn his yes men into the coaching staff. Just let Conte have the coaches he wants. If it is true he had 11 and 8 coaches with him in the past 7 seems entirely reasonable.

Maybe I am missing something but arguing over the number of coaches seems like a ridiculous thing to me.

Gonna reduce my hype again after these latest reports. Knowing the bastard at the top of our club I wouldn't be one bit surprised if this and the Poch talk were just for season ticket renewals and Roberto Martinez already has a contract signed.

Best facilities yada yada yada........fucks sake I know the stadium and facilities are great but fucking get over yourself Levy, loads of clubs have top facilities now and it's no longer a decisive selling point. Top managers want big budgets, top players, full backing.
No point in having the best facilities and stadium if the players and coaching staff are aload of shit.
