They don't back the manager. They manage the squad as they see fit. The manager gets to say if they feel certain players need to go, and they can have input on the kinds of replacements needed, but no, they don't "back" the guy. He gets told what he's getting, and is expected to get on with the job. They fully expect every coach they hire to eventually leave, and on their terms. If you think otherwise, you're ignoring their history over the past decade and a half.
Good job I don’t think otherwise then

Even I don’t think they are that, hold on I know you were taking the piss but you make good points

Mate I think we'll have to agree to disagree on how a club should be run. Anyway it's looking likely he's gonna be appointed and I'm sure as Spurs fans we all want to see him backed and be successful.

I do love how all the memes are about Winks, Sissoko, Dier, Aurier, etc...

We know those guys suck. This isn't new to Spurs. There's no reason to believe they will be in Conte's plans.

please sir don’t shout me if I is wrong.

puss in boots awww GIF

If we get Conte and a DOF it will go a very long way to repairing Levys relationship with the fans (as long as the manager is backed in the market.)

Honestly, Conte is a HUGE appointment and I genuinely believe he will be the man to take this club to a different level, it's a massive statement being made getting him in and Levy taking a step back from the football decisions.

Can you tell us more about Paratici - what was his full remit at Juve?

Does he speak English ?
I too would be highly interested in anything you have to discourse on this subject matter fogueres fogueres
