It's fucking mad libs. There's been no actual fucking news. It's the same thing that's been happening since Conte became the main target Tuesday. The only thing that actually happened is Levy hired Paratici as director of football, which is only good news when it comes to Conte coming.
If we get this Italian DOF and not Conte it would be like in most of my FM saves when I sign at the start of the transfer window what I think is gonna be the star player of my squad only for a few weeks later to find a much better player in the same position and wonder why the fuck I signed the former player in the first place.

I agree. It’s a sad state of affairs that highlights how poor modern sports journalism is. There’s no leaks out end and so we are reliant on the most unreliable sports journalists on the planet (Italian) for any info. It’s all guesswork based off of limited info spun this way and that. There really is zero integrity.
I need to step away from it for a few days but it’s all so bloody addictive to follow. Doesn’t bode well for the transfer window if and when we sign a player!
