Tanganga loan to Gala with option to buy. Can't imagine this one has much truth to it tbh.
When there's a week or so of the transfer window left rather than a month. To all those on here who are advising everyone to be patient, when is the time when we should start to panic? Another week has gone by and all we've done is weaken our starting 11.
Yeah sure. Let's be prudent and buy bargain basement players again on the cheap. For levy, the time he has now is not for prudence. He can feel the groundswell against him and knows he's got to do something...No disagreement there. The point is, how do we know we're not getting another Sanchez? No player outside of a select few are a sure thing, especially at that young age. And especially when coming from a weaker league to a stronger one. So we need to be prudent.
Ok mate...what's the alternative. Dier and Sanchez? Do me a favour. If we were 100% sure that this guy would transform our defense, then I don't think we would be that cautious. It's the fact that we might spend 60 million on a guy that could only turn out to be "fine starting for us" that is giving us pause from ponying up what Atalanta is asking.
Here we go again. Not defending ENIC. Then defends ENIC in the same sentence.
Fair play. That's some feat, that.
You Brits should be happy that SC's main moderator, Archibald&Crooks, is keeping himself busy ruling his SC kingdom - which he rules like a twisted dictator, meting out punishment and creating new, stringent rules to exert his control and taking pleasure in "punishing" people. That guy seems to have severe issues! Stalinism comes to mind.
In about 10 years time I betTo all those on here who are advising everyone to be patient, when is the time when we should start to panic? Another week has gone by and all we've done is weaken our starting 11.
It's not an improvement, but I hesitate to call it a deterioration...Seriously we are selling all our centre backs and have no replacements![]()
AmWe seem to get turned over more than any other cunt we get a player pay a fortune and he ends up a flop or it just doesnt work, we miss out on a player cheaper than the one we end up with and turns out a success.
It is, but it's nothing compared to the vast sums of money we've wasted on transfers and wages for the likes of Sissoko and Ndombele
Am I being unrealistic to think it might be nice if Gareth had posted some sort of message to us saying he enjoyed being here and for the welcome and support even tho most of us didn't get to see him. Different circumstances may have had a better outcome, he is still one of my favorites and wherever he goes he'll never be more loved than he was here. Feel sorry for anyone who wasted money on a shirt with his name onWhen there's a week or so of the transfer window left rather than a month.
And yes, I'm happy to call the club hierarchy cunts and lament us not getting our shit sorted before the start of the season (many such cases) - but it's not meltdown time just yet.
Its bullshit mate..

There are 9 league points to play for before the window shuts. Then just after the window shuts there's the 2 week international break. By that time we are looking at mid September before these new signings are potentially even training with the club. It's simply not good enough. When there's a week or so of the transfer window left rather than a month.

I know he’s still young, and the same goes for Clarke but at face value that summer transfer window really hasn’t work out well has it.
Ndombele, GLC, Clarke, Sess, none of them have set the league in fire, in fact they’ve all struggled staying fit and healthy.
Etete | 0.5 |
Clarke | 8.5 |
Ndombele | 42.5 |
Lo Celso | 41 |
Sessegnon | 25 |
