What I would like the club to do until the end of the transfer market.

Sell Aurier, Sanchez, Winks and Sissoko

Put some youngsters on loan like CCV, Jack Clarke and Cirkin...

Keep Sessegnon, Skipp and Kane.

Buy: 1 RB( Max Aarons?) 1 CB plus Romero(probably the Japonese), Buy 1 CM( Ruben Neves a good option), 1 Winger( Adama?) And a back up striker on loan, like we did with Vinicius...

No point keeping an unhappy player who wishes to leave.
If City can't pay 150m, tell them to include Laporte in the deal, 100m+Laporte will do.
Laporte would not want to come, but it's their job to persuade him.
Romero+Laporte will solve defense problems which have been haunting Spurs for years.
Release Sanchez and Dier ASAP, use Rodon as backup.
Lets get real, no player in the prime of their career want to go from a club that's prem champions and playing in the CL to a club that finished 7th and is going to be playing in the vauxhall conference europa league.

If we are looking for a defensive minded RB who can’t attack, why not play and develop Tanganga? I don’t think I get Takehiro.

Never seen him play, so please correct me, but basing this off of what others are saying.

This seems like we’re paying 20m+ to get an older, non-HG, of what we already have.
Tomi by all accounts is a better passer, has more experience and is less of a crock. Tanganga is a long way from being a PL starter week in week out imo. I wouldn't be against a loan for him if we get more defenders in but I think he'll get plenty of games in the cups if he stays anyway.

Tomi also gives system flexibility to Nuno.

I like the look of Vlahovic but I'd prefer someone quicker up front. I saw Daka in a pre season friendly for Leicester and he is a bit like Vardy in that he loves to use his speed to run in behind the opposition defence and it's such a threat. We only have Son who can do this.

Paying big money for Vlahovic after only a good half a season isn't smart in my opinion, I'm sure their are better prices strikers that suit the way Nuno wants to play

As you said with the speed thing, Son looked good uptop in a 433 and Scarlett looks fast, let's hope he gets his chance this season

Why do we need troare? His been around the PL now for a few years and not really made it anywhere. It’s not as if Nuno got him on fire last season at wolves. Why would we expect him to do so at spurs. Anyway we have enough wide players hopefully berg can develop still young enough. Lucas is still needed for intensity and press like lamela use to. Plus he chips in with goals. Why do we need wolves players who Nuno got to mid table with last season. Let’s go for what we need which is RB and CM hard man.

Current squad looking like this.

Association trained: Carter-Vickers, Davies, Doherty, Hart, Rose, Whiteman, Rodon
Club trained: Bale, Dele, Kane, Winks, Tanganga

Foreign: Alderweireld, Aurier, Bergwijn, Dier, Fernandes, Gazzaniga, Højbjerg, Lamela, Lloris, Lo Celso, Moura, Ndombele, Reguilón, Sánchez, Sissoko, Son Heung-min, Carlos Vinícius, Gil, Romero, Golini

U21: excluded from squad count

HOMEGROWN : 9 (can only be 8, expect CCV to go)
FOREIGN : 15 (up to 18)

So, we have 3 foreign spots up for grabs. HOWEVER, if Kane, Winks and Tanganga go; we must reduce our foreign player count by 3. Obviously Skipp and Sessegnon could feature as 'regulars' in the senior squad to plug that gap, but going into the season with such a small squad could leave us exposed.
Golini is association trained. Whiteman is club trained.

Season 5 No GIF by The Office

They - Kane & Coutinho - play in different positions, he's 29 and his career has been on the decline ever since he joined Barca in 2018. And he's on aprx. £380,000 a week. I'd rather see Spurs spend that money on a CF.
However, if he could join on loan and Barca pay part of his salary I could be open to having him on a "trial" season. But I doubt Barca would agree on that.

I agree that he would be a risk - but so are all players anyway. Luka Jovic, after joining Real M., is one good example of that. Griezemann's another.
Yes, you can buy some untested talented or end-of-career CF for a "better" price but the end result, literally, most probably will be far poorer as well.
Fact is, there aren't many top-quality CF's in the market right now and it never will - with that I mean CF who fit Spurs' budget. As other clubs that normally would be after a player like Vlahovic are now short of money, due to covid, this may be the only chance Spurs have to sign a quality Kane replacement (if Kane stays, that's a different story).
Vlahovic and Kane are on the same level speed-wise. Since Spurs play possession football, so the speed of the brain and ball-skills is often more important than physical pace (of course, pace is a wanted and needed quality as well).
