I believe Tomiyasu is viewed as RB first and foremost.
There have been no credible links to any other right backs but plenty to centre backs. We will sign Tomi and one more CB imo.
Reguilon Romero Rodon/A.N other Tomiyasu....is a defence I could get behind.
It would be a nice change to the shit we've been served up for 2 yearsReguilon Romero Rodon/A.N other Tomiyasu....is a defence I could get behind.
Don’t bother.What?
How does number of completed passes per game and pass accuracy % not influence your thinking on whether he can pull off simple passes??
Don’t bother.
It’s like trying to converse with an autistic mannequin.
He means you said you could get behind

With all due respect - £270m does not buy 6 or 7 World Class players.
maybe five? You can be World class and not be a £100m player
1. Romero = £47m, he's World class right?
2. Another defender for similar or less money (Kounde is around £50m)
I know Gil is a prospect but his package was around £30m, I can see similar deals being done, we need a mix of 'proven' and exciting prospects
I guess the point I was making is £270m really does mix up the squad
I can't say for sure but I feel these issues are usually fast-tracked as the clubs submit them very late on and there's hardly any problem with it. I also assume footballers have some fast-track visa application process.nice to have some insight but could it possibly be Premiership player registration and visa applications? It would make sense that versions of contracts are exchanged over a number of days/weeks.
Totally agree. A system player who suits a back 5 well, but looked suspect as you say in a back 4. Unless Nuno is dead set on playing 5 at the back I would hard pass on CoadyDon't think he'd be much of an upgrade on Dier tbh, if any. Better with the ball and a decent sweeper in a back three. So much of Wolves struggles last season stemmed from their CB's when they tried to play a back four. Couldn't play any kind of high line, had to keep two cm's deep for protection and kept tame possession as a result. He turns slowly, can't defend well 1v1 and doesn't contest headers very well. I think it would end up a terrible signing, not dissimilar to Doherty.
The problem is Man City have not bid £160m they want Kane for £100m. They have told Kane that is what they are willing to pay for him. The fact is we cannot replace him for £100m. Spurs will end up on the losing end if we capitulate before last week of the window and City get desperate and then it is too late to sign replacement. But fuck Kane and Fuck City and there abhorrent owners I say keep him and play him in the under 23s. The fact is any City fan who supports their club do not care about the blood and oppression where the cash for the success came from.maybe five? You can be World class and not be a £100m player

Which is why I think he’d actually want to join us
He’s barely had a run of games for them, I think he’d be brilliant for us, however very much doubt we’re looking at him
I have a real fondness for Belotti. I also think he'd be a very poor signing for us. Unlikely, but figured I'd share the story.
