With us there is no reason to think that we will get back to CL under Levy. He has shown he is not willing to pay for players to get us back there, not willing to hire quality managers and not willing to take risks to improve the team.

Feels like we’re teetering on the brink here with the window.

Lot of noise about seemingly second choice types like Milenkovic, Kvaratskhelia, etc.

Martinez held up due to Lukaku deal, serious competition on Vlahovic from Atletico, Torres/Kounde want UCL, no Damsgaard/Lacroix news, Kane seemingly still wants out, Ndombele might be sold with minimal credibility in midfield links, somehow still no new RB, and still a lot of deadwood floating around the club.

Lots for Paratici to do, 18 days left.

We can do MUCH better.
We have a net spend of 0 so far. I expect better. Lacroix is right out there too btw. smh. If we have money for Torres why are we going for someone like Milenkovic.

why do you think ? It’s the Levy way all the time. The “we tried” scenario pops up and we end up signing a cheapo option instead. Then we wonder why we never win anything. It’s not the CL because other top clubs have never had issues signing big players when out the CL

Jose was the biggest mistake we've made for a long time and it's coming back to bite us in the arse. Uncertainty, unrest. I can understand targets being nervous, that being said sometimes it's posturing by clubs and agents, seeing if there is any last minute interest from the big boys. If not, he can want CL all he likes but maybe the only way he will achieve it is by working hard for a team to get them there...
 
Signing Milenkovic after we were so close to being able to see him suck for WH and take advantage of him and we were linked to Torres would be so depressing.
