Transfer Adama Traore

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

He can frighten defenders - that's a positive. Just think how you'd feel as a defensive unit if you knew you'd be up against Traore, Kane, Son. For example, he gave Tanganga a damn good run for his money on Sunday.

His goalscoring record may not be good, but he would definitely be an asset in our line-up. I'd say buy him.

I think he's better than Bergwijn/Lucas, but I'd prefer a player who can finish.

Son-Kane-Adama is a front 3 that no team would want to play against though, and I think his assist numbers would be pretty good with Son and Kane finishing chances.

What were his best numbers with Jiminez and Jota?

The idea a player can just “develop” end product from training with Kane and Son is ridiculous.

End product is the ‘football’ part of ‘football’ the rest is movement. You’ve either got it or you haven’t. Kane and Son are supreme footballers, hence the end product.
If you create chances for Kane and Son, a guy with 9 assists in a wolves team would logically get more assists with better goalscorers.

He isn't what we need at all. A proper creative midfielder is what we are crying out for, not someone who doesn't get his head up to make the pass. We already have them.

Don’t think we are looking to play that way. I was a big fan of Potter coming and that requires technical creative passers.

Nuno with Skipp and Hojbjerg in front of the CB’s and signing lots of fast players like Gil and maybe Adama suggest a sit and counter like a coiled snake.

Liverpool don’t have any major creative AM’s, creativity is shared around the team and it’s built on industry. I prefer the nice stuff but with links to Adama, Kessie and so on I think we are going down the industry route.

Got nothing on Noe Pamarot.

Bale wasn't too shabby.

I think Kane and Son would also prefer if theres a player who can get the ball to them higher up the pitch repeatedly instead of bergwin/lucas.

Why the fuck does a transfer rumour need his own thread????

(This shit's already been done to death in the tf thread!)

I would hate us to play like Wolves yesterday, they put in massive amounts of effort with no cutting edge at all. Can you imagine Son and Kane waiting while Traore blazes another cross or shot over the bar?

As for Liverpool, they have Jota?.

Arguably we have alot more quality over all than Wolves. It would be Wolves style of play but with greater productivity.

As I said it’s not my cup of tea but I do like Nuno as a person and it’s an improvement on Jose. Sad we didn’t get Potter as I think his management and football style is fantastic and he will be one of the elite managers in a few seasons but it’s done now we have chosen our path and that path requires certain types of players to work.

Is this all part of levys plan to start a rugby league team?

Otherwise dont see the point. No better than players we already have. Buying over cm, st or defensive players we desperately need seems pointless

We've been crying out for a player that will take people on and stretch teams, one of the reasons why Zaha was always a player I wanted here.

Some are still touching themselves about quite a simple piece of skill from Bergwijn yesterday...proper wingers do it every game.
