Making piss poor offers for players. Chasing a player who has a greedy agent who wants to go Germany?

Everyone tells me the guy is doing so much and he has fingers in many deals and we could trigger them at any time. I'd love to see that actually happening.

He seems to love chasing unobtainable players. Needs to realise he’s at THFC and not Juventus.
 
I know I sound like a broken record but I honestly find this whole window a bit depressing.

Ik ik there's still time and its meant to be a manic monday and probably deadline day.

But if 'the don' is as good as everyone says why haven't we got so much sorted.

I believe that with Mendes' focus now off Ronaldo he may try and focus on Traore/Wolves after all he's rumoured to be heavily involved in any potential deal and he has some clients he'd give Wolves to replace him.

Because he can only work within the parameters that have been set, be it money to spend, squad size etc. Its been the same for them all, whether managers or DOF, 1 out 1 in and its why our transfer windows are like pulling teeth.

Of course we need more quality to come in but it's not likely. We'll have to stumble along until January now and hope we're in a decent enough position when that window opens.

I know we're currently top but it's early days and there are at least four clubs with better teams and squads than we have.
