Ex-Spurs Player Tanguy Ndombele

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I really hope he’s moved on ASAP or is integrated back in and somehow has a complete 360 performance rate. We desperately need a player of his skill set. I’m very doubtful of the latter.

bit late thinking about working with him should have been doing that from the start
I think the way nuno's dealt with him is fine. If someone says they dont want to be here., which is what i suspect aurier said as well, then why should nuno waste time on them or include them in his thinking. If after the transfer window they are still here, there's no point wasting them.

A fit committed Ndombelly yes

He’s neither and never had been for us
To me this not commited story sounds kinda weird. I understand that he was frustrated when Mason played Winks ahead of him, but Mason wasn’t gonna become the new manager so why would Ndombele say that he wants to leave when someone new was gonna take over? I mean it doesn’t make any sense to take such a rash decision, unless he was ill advised by agent, unsettled or like most people say, he has bad attitude.

I don’t think you can expect him to be fit at the minute when he hasn’t played at all in pre-season and in these first games. However, he proved he can play 90 minutes last season and this might be a guess but sometimes the reason he was subbed off was because Mourinho wanted a more defensive midfielder along with Hojbjerg to close down games?

We don’t know what his situation is at the minute and if the bridges with Nuno have been completely burned, if so then I find it difficult that the two can make amendments and Nuno starts playing him.

I think from Nuno’s point of view he doesn’t even consider Ndombele because like Sissoko and Aurier, both the player and club agree that they should leave. Ndombele would prefer to play for another club this season and that’s why he is not considered an option currently.

I’m not sure whether we would give him the Danny Rose treatment or include him on our squad list, hard to know if Nuno is determined to get rid or if he simply accepts that he wants to leave and is waiting for the window to close. If we do include him he’s going to have to work harder than he ever has before if he wants to play. I don’t think someone with his personality is capable of reaching the same intensity as Dele, Skipp and Hojbjerg are showing.

I want this guy to be the main man here, he has the skill to be it, but does he want to ?
he may have been on the pitch for 90 mins in some games but he didn't play for 90
he has never been fit enough for the running required in the EPL

it the manager had left me out of all games since we returned to training would i want to play for him once the window closes no don't think so i'll just come in for training and stay at home on matchdays with the mrs or take her shopping with all that lovely money i get each week

The lad has great skills but he is lazy. Strolls around the pitch with no urgency, never makes a run to create space and never looks for the quick pass until he has been pressed by the opposition.

we have already paid him £2m this season and he's not been in a match day squad, that to me is poor management he should have been on the bench and given 10/15 mins in pre-season and the game in portugal
he has the skills we need but he needs to be managed (thats not just the job of the manager) I would think its a mental issue with him so lets get different speiaclists in to help him deal with it
I would like to tell him to man up, but footballers don't live in that world any more
