That was the point I was making though, so why just repeat it?

And again you can't make a post without a pathetic insult, such a weak posting style.
Your post was "What" that's not making any point it's just you being a dick ... or does "what" mean "Traore joining Mendez stable would allow Mendez to offer Wolves a series of possible replacements because he would now be getting paid on both deals" in your own secret language?

OK so the problem is you couldn't understand the post and instead of admitting that you are going to try and insult your way out of it?

I understand what I reckon we nearly all do ....

even when you claim it means:

Traore joining Mendez stable would allow Mendez to offer Wolves a series of possible replacements because he would now be getting paid on both deals

it actually never does.

We can sign foreign players, you repeating that lie doesn’t change reality.

Yes we can as many as you want - and again as asked and ignored - which players would you cut from the current squad and pay not to play for a season to accommodate your new foreign signings.

Is that too difficult a question to answer?

That's if you've finally understood there is a limit on foreign players - you have got that right?

We don’t need to cut any. I answered it already.

I understand the limit but it is clear that you do not.

Just as you say we have only two players who can score goals - what a numpty.

Here's a basic maths test:

Spurs are allowed 17 foreign players, if Royal signs they will have 16 - can Spurs sign a foreign Striker and a foreign AM and still be within the 17 limit?

It's a tough question I know but give it your best shot.

Ndombele and Aurier being registered by Nuno even with the space so not sure they should cut.

With Emerson we have 4 RBs I am sure we could manage with two and not have Doherty or Aurier registered.

Or us your argument that we need 4 RBs more than a striker or creative mid? You really are going to argue that?

Finally you conceded that we will need to cut people - it's been an ongoing issue since Poch and won't be resolved this window it seems.

Now we've got past that point I do agree with you that an attacking midfield player is probably a better option than having Aurier in the squad - no way would I cut Ndombele, he has shown he can do it he just needs the right motivation so now that's on Nuno.

As for yet another backup striker who contributes very little - personally I wouldn't bother.

Ideally we would sign homegrown players, sadly Traore doesn't count so if he is going to be signed that's another foreign player on the rosta.

No we don't need to cut people. Nuno didn't register Ndombele or Aurier when we were under the 17 limit. We aren't cutting anyone due to numbers we are leaving them out because Nuno doesn't want them.

A back-up striker contributes a lot. It allows us not to rely on Kane and Son so much and overplay like we have in the past. It allows us to compete in multiple competitions. It allows us to not drop off when injuries happen. It allows us to bring someone on to help when we are losing. Allows us to change the style of play we have.

If we can ship Aurier and CVV, and sign an AM…..well that’ll be a very solid transfer window IMHO. Who’s available to sign though that’s worth the punt?

Just got a whatsapp update. Big day today. Paratici's phone is buzzing on several deals, ins and outs, but patience is running thin. Word is that if Levy doesn't pay up by the end of the night, all deals are off.

I get the theory as did AVB, Sherwood, Poch, Mourinho problem is that everyone we have signed has been pretty meh ... mostly because they never get to play ... that won't change.

It's a nice to have not a need to have in my book, there are now more important positions to fill.

There is zero reason we can't focus on more important positions as well as get in a back-up striker. In reality it should have already been taken care of by now. It was one of our clearest needs and could have been fixed at any point in the summer.

We disagree, and ultimately so obviously does Nuno, GK, CB, RB, DM and more pace in the wide attack these seem to have been his priorities.

It looks like he might get all five of those wishes granted - plus maybe a bonus couple of development players - gotta say I'm very happy with that.

A third backup striker would have been nice, but the bench will not miss him that much.
