Whilst this is true the rules on football Visas are quite clear, Royal for example as a full Brazil international automatically qualifies - Traore is already her - and for players under 23 it is seen as 'educational' and as far as I know none have ever been refused ... gets tricky when you sign an older average player with no international caps ... not sure we are in for any of them.
You can sign without a visa provided you are confident one is obtainable.

I could also just as easily see it not.
I think we would have had some kind of midfield in and out if Ndombele had gone out, even if only on loan, but that doesn't look like it's happening now.

My money would be on no, but it's quite hard to believe we're going to let the window close without another center forward.
wolves are a feeder club who sell when GM says so .... that's how they get the players to sign for them in the first place . He has bought in replacements so I'd be more surprised if it doesn't happen ... we shall see!
I just cannot shake the feeling there'll be some left field, opportunistic and possibly very good signing come out of the blue tomorrow. It's a buyer's market and we'll finally see if there are some desperate clubs around.
Why would we need to play with 13 outfield players or break foreign players rules?
Other teams can have a back-up striker and creative player what makes Spurs a special case that we can’t?
Whatever - just sign everyone even when the can't be included the squad - did you even read the EPL and UEFA foreign player rules? or don't they apply to your special case back-ups?
