So many people saying we should sack Nuno, but not many people presenting viable options to replace him...

Most realistic shouts on here are for managers with a few good wins recently - a dangerous strategy. Many wanted Hasenhuttl this time last year - would they want him now? (Though to be fair to him, he's had more than his fair share of extenuating circumstances to excuse at least some poor performances...)

I'm not saying I want Nuno to stay - I never wanted him in the first place, no one did - but I'm not sure who we realistically could have got then (after about 10 possibles had 'failed' one way or another), and I'm not sure who we could realistically get now - our 'stock' must be even lower now than it was 3-6 months ago. :(
Fuck viable options.

GET THIS CUNT GONE.

NOW.

DROOL RAGE DRIBBLE DRIBBLE.

That being said, I'd have most of the people on this forum in charge of the Villa game ahead of Nuno Despirited Santa

When we appointed Nuno he was negotiating with Celtic wasn't he?

Also. If Howe wants jobs bigger than Bournemouth he will have to accept having people above him in the food chain. Managers having total control at big clubs just doesn't happen anymore.
I don't remember but even if that was true, Levy wouldn't respect them.
Yeah people above him but not necessarily a DOF who is just a face for Levy.

Ooooh, got the media climbing over Nuno now for his comments about not counting how often his players head the ball.

Imagine if he got sacked for this instead of not being fit for the role.

I'm convinced that if we roll in with an offer for Potter he will come.

Yeah he's riding high with Brighton right now but this is Spurs, the stadium the history, the chance to work with players like Kane and Son. Surely that would be a once in a lifetime chance for Potter?

I can't see him turning us down, for all the clubs problems.

Having said that we would have to buy him out of his Brighton contract and that means £££ so Levy will turn his nose up.
The cost is immaterial compared to our budget, it would be less than Ndombeles annual salary. That won’t be the barrier

The decision he has to make is:
a) Stay with Tony Bloom who is a positive leader and has put £400M into the club or
b) move and work with Lewis who has is never seen or heard of and Levy who is a toxic fraud, both of whom have contributed <5% that Bloom has in double the tenure

It’s ridiculous that he’s still here really.
Everyone on earth knows it isn’t going to get any better, just sack him now before our season gets unrepairable

I've voted no to Nuno out.

If we're not higher up the table by Christmas I'll change my mind.

There's no way he's being sacked now, so be as well support him, I don't see any use in opposing him.

Ordinarily fans clamouring for a manager to be sacked after 6 games would be utter lunacy

But the levels of incompetence shown when going into our most important game of the season mean that he has to go

Add to that the fact that we are bottom of the league for pretty much every metric bar points does not bode well

Personally I think our squad is so rank that no manager is gonna have us any higher than about 10th

But stick with Nuno and I reckon we have a relegation fight on our hands , I think we all know how this group of players would handle that kind of pressure

Our decline over the last few years is really starting to mirror Villa and to a lesser extent Newcastle , no team is too good to go down , especially one with a squad full of bottle jobs , a useless manager and an even more useless board

It's time to make Højbjerg team captain and get the MF working as hard as fuck

4 2 1 3 has to be our baseline formation.
I'd probably rather make Skipp captain tbh... :/

(I joke of course - far too much pressure for a young lad in a struggling team - but my point is that if everyone had his heart, we wouldn't be in this position, even with a tactically highly dubious manager (see several other relatively successful teams with rubbish managers right now...))

Agreed - Ramos got 8 games which was 4 too many and mostly due to his LC win

Ramos' 8 games in charge. If we don't put in a positive performance this weekend and see no improvement, I want Nuno to go too
