Pitchforks would have been out if we accepted Citys 75m summer bid. We all know Kane would be scoring for fun in that team.

Realistically, we dont have a capable replacement. We were priced out of Martinez. We'll end up selling in January and bringing in Adama Traore as his replacement. I dont have any confidence in the recruitment team, their track record is awful.
 
The worst aspect of this situation is that while everyone failed, the board’s decision to not replace Kane now (while he is still at the club) will leave a situation where when he goes it will likely be 12-18 months before his replacement hits the net with any impact. The smartly run clubs replace players a year before they move them on. Succession planning. Someone should be able to be playing now and Kane being taught a fucking lesson for his current efforts.

How the hell Levy / Hitchen and Prat aci got away with last summer I will never understand. Incompetent by every measure. Golli the Goalie, Bryan & Romero is no refresh. Romero is decent. The others :levywtf:
